For your information, the Bylaws of the Committee that were in effect from 1989 until 2011, as amended in 1996, are posted at the bottom of this page. On May 26, 2011, the Committee was involuntarily reorganized by the Massachusetts Republican Party, and Provisional Bylaws of dubious validity were imposed. The status of the bylaws is now under examination.
